Additional Info:
from the label (no info on the website): "We brewed this especially bitter Ale in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patrick's Day Massacre and in Celebration of our 20 dya suspension back in January of Lat Year (2006)!"
Tasting Impressions:
Incredibly sweet. Lots of young, fresh dry hops. Not as bitter as a typical super hopped California IPA though - this is just a super thick and sweet. (Maybe I'm just getting used to them). Quite smooth and creamy. Pretty strong alcohol. This beer is so thick that it can't quite get cold enough - I think it is still giving off heat.
