There are a few beers that are really bizarre and really stretch the boundaries of beer. Although the effort and ingenuity may be commendable, I think most of these are marketing scams to lure a bigger female customer base.
These beers have got a cool name, for whatever reason. Some of them refer to historical figures (imagined or otherwise), while others just try to differentiate themselves in a tight beer market. Who cares? The more creative names the better, right?
Nothing is as near and dear to my beer soaked heart as a cool looking label. These beers put some effort into their artwork, be it pretty or goofy.
With over 1,500 bottles at the BrewPalace, one can get a little depressed at the 7-8 generic bottle types being used today. These special bottles break the mold (figuratively, not literally) and put forth a bottle that is just a bit different.
Taken as a whole package, these are the best looking bottles in the BrewPalace collection. A Marketeer's dream to sell.
These unfortunate bottles got the short end of the stick. Somehow, they are messed up (by the bottler, not me!)
The BrewPalace actually has a decently sized collection of beer glasses from around the world.
